Comfortable and clean
Waited in line 25 minutes and there were only 2 people in front of me. The Hilton employee checking folks in was oblivious to her extremely slow service. This is totally unacceptable. She could care less how long we waited. When I finally was able to check in, she asked two questions two times and I gave her the same answers each time, she just didn't listen to the customer. When I asked to add in my Hilton points, she abruptly told (scolded) me that I don't get points since I went through Booked.net. There was no explanation. I have been a Hilton Honors member for decades. This is no way to treat your loyal customers. Then when I checked out, the Hilton employee said she could not check me out because she was in the middle of an audit. Obviously this Hilton is making a concerted effort to not even perform the most fundamental services.

The breakfast is delicious, especially the omelet station, which is a highlight for many guests. Additionally, the hotel is close to a beautiful mall, offering plenty of shopping options nearby.
The parking fee was an annoyance for some guests, especially since there weren't many alternatives in the area.

My stay at Hilton Garden Inn was exceptional. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The location was excellent, right off the highway. I also appreciated the discount offered at the nearby sister Hilton restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Air-conditioning was sub-optimal a few times at night. Iron box was non-functional.

Did not like the fact that I was charged $155 plus another $25 without them telling me anything when the charge was only 88.38 had to go downstairs to the receptionist to fix it

We loved staying in this hotel during our family trip to the western suburbs. The location was perfect as it allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings without any hassle. Our room was spacious, cozy and extremely clean. The bathroom was well-equipped with toiletries and fresh towels, making our stay even more comfortable. The service provided by the staff was impressive, especially the quick check-in process. The delicious breakfast buffet added the perfect start to our day. We also enjoyed the pool facilities and the state-of-the-art gym that kept us energized throughout our stay.
We did notice that the room decor was a bit dated but still provided us with all the necessities we required.
